Cancellation policy 

If for some reason, you need to cancel or postpone your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice, otherwise you will be charged the entire cost for the session. A consultation cannot be cancelled by text message or email. Please contact me by phone, it helps me to understand the reason of your cancellation. We can rearrange as soon as possible your appointment if needed.

 

Appointment arrangement

Appointments for a psychological consultation with Dina Dehauteur can be made by phone or by email. The session will last for an hour exactly. In respect of your time and session and for other clients, each session will start and finish on time. Please note that each session will finish at the determined time even if you are late for your session.

 

Venue 

Consulting room is located in Randwick Psychology Centre. Please make your way to the waiting room

 

Session Cost 

$ 200 for every 1 hour session. All payments will be collected via NAB Transact online – you must complete the form link provided to you that requires you to provide your credit or debit cards and $50 towards your first or next session (this $50 is credit towards the next session cost). Cash is the only other option for payment, electronic transfer is not accepted. Failure to pay fees within than 3 weeks following the consultation might result that you details will be given to a referral to a collection debt agency.
