Cathy loves being a child psychologist and working with children of all ages, adolescents and parents to improve their family interactions and personal wellbeing. She takes a “healthy mind - healthy body - healthy environment” approach to working with families. She has extensive experience working with children with disabilities and autism
Julie has a warm and practical approach to helping families with life challenges and enjoys supporting people of all ages. She uses strengths-based approach to develop positive relationships with all her clients.
Bianca enjoys working with families with children in infancy through to early adolescence. Raising her own family helps Bianca relate to the joys and challenges of parenting. Bianca makes use of practical strategies from Cognitive behaviour Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness approaches that are backed up by research and flexible enough to be adapted to individual children and families. She loves the opportunity to be creative and playful in sessions with children and is often seen carting around Lego, craft, board games, puppets and an iPad.
Steve enjoys working with young men and adults needing support through life's challenges and help setting and achieving goals to make their lives more fulfilling. He works with client who are experiencing anxiety and stress, but he does NOT work with clients who have autism
